U overnacht in één van de eerste op oude vestinggrond gebouwde herenhuizen (1875) na de slechting van de vestingwerken in 1870. Deze herenhuizen waren bedoeld voor de aanzienlijken. De karakteristieke kenmerken van dit pand blijven zoveel mogelijk door ons bewaard. Al sinds 1955 worden hier gasten ontvangen van over de hele wereld, ....een rijke historie en ervaring derhalve.

Al onze kamers zijn smaakvol ingericht en zijn voorzien van TV en DVD-speler. Met uw eigen laptop kunt U gratis draadloos internettten. Gratis koffie- en thee faciliteiten. Ideaal voor zakenmensen (kort of lang verblijf) , toeristen of voor degenen die een paar dagen "er lekker tussenuit" willen. Al onze kamers hebben een eigen opgang en er is een afsluitbare fietsenstalling. Wij serveren een royaal ontbijt aan tafel in onze gezellige ontbijtruimte.

You stay the night in one of the first mansions (1875) built on fortified ground after 1870. These mansions were for the people of consequence. We maintain the characteristics of this mansion the best we can. Here, we welcome guests from all over the world since 1955, ...so here’s a rich history and experience. A mixture of people and nationalities, a warm atmosphere and ambience.

All our rooms are tastefully decorated and are equipped with television and DVD-player. Music and movie discs are available. With your own laptop you can access the internet wireless and for free. Free coffee- and tea facilities. Here, there is also a room with an old dutch bedstead (De Barones) and a Suite of rooms with a romantic teakwooden four-poster bed. The guestrooms are divided into various sections. Every section has a private entrance and there is lockable bicycle shed. An ideal place to stay for bussiness people, tourists, rest seekers and romanticists. We serve a complete breakfast at your table in our cosy breakfast room.
